WHAT WE DO
Services / Programs
transform lives.
We offer a clinically managed, low-intensity residential program that integrates phased clinical and social services alongside essential support resources. Our model gradually transitions clients from a structured, therapeutic environment toward independent, everyday living — promoting increasing autonomy at each step. This deliberate progression allows us to blend clinical psychotherapy with peer-supported skills development, fostering both environmental stability and personal growth. It’s this combined, phased approach that underpins the success of our participants.
We provide a gender-responsive residential recovery community that honors the unique emotional, relational, and cultural experiences of men, guiding them through trauma-informed, peer-supported phases to rebuild authentic identity and lasting sobriety.
Our women's only community focuses on distinct relational patterns, trauma histories, and paths to wholeness. This gender approach supports women through collaborative, phase based care to restore safety, dignity, and lifelong recovery.
Phase 1
In Phase 1, clients engage in a highly structured environment with multidisciplinary assessments shaping a clinically intense phase. Focusing on psycho-education and heavy group psychotherapy, the initial phase emphasizes foundational recovery skills with some individual and experiential therapy. Peers support program orientation and add facilitate stability.
Phase 2
This phase maintains a highly structured setting with a clinical focus that shifts away from education to more therapeutic modalities. Some autonomy is introduced with certified peers.to encourage personal responsibility. Clients continue with evidenced based therapy supplemented by individual sessions. Peers demonstrate lived experience, build rapport, and prepare clients for greater independence.
Phase 3
Phase 3 shifts to a moderately structured living environment balanced with less intense clinical focus. While group psychotherapy is the anchor to programming, additional elements of a recovery based lifestyle are introduced. Peers coach clients on navigating recovery networks, creating action plans, focus on strengths and possibilities while promoting hope.
Phase 4
In this phase, clients gain greater freedom in their daily lives, while the intensity of clinical therapy decreases and the focus shifts toward environmental skill-building. Real-world applications are emphasized: clients work on employment assessment, budgeting, stress-management, and communication, all practiced as part of their journey toward self-managed recovery.
Phase 5
The final phase is highly individualized but merges a therapy cornerstone with a supported runway into community integration. This looks different for everyone, but peers and clinical staff lean into each client's plan to sustain long term recovery and return to productive living.
